ORDINANCE NO. NS-96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDIN(
TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY TH.
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.077 TO DECLARE A "NO PARKING" ZONi
ON BOTH SIDES OF CALLE BARCELONA FROM RANCHO SANTA FE RON
TO CALLE SAN FELIPE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follc
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal
8 /I amended by the addition of Section 10.40.077 to read as follows:

"10.40.077 Parking Restricted on Calle Barcelona. There will
be no parking on both sides of Calle Barcelona from Rancho
Santa Fe Road to Calle San Felipe."
