18.04.010 Adopted. The Uniform Building Code, excluding Chapters 53 E
of the Appendix, 1988 Edition, hereinafter referred to as "the code", and the UI
Building Code standards, 1988 Edition, published by the International Conferer
Building Officials, referred to as "Standards", two copies of which are on file in the

The City of Carlsbad is supplied with water and sewer in certain areas bp
entities. It has been necessary in the past to allocate sewer use. (Sections 303(
303(d)). The seismic Zone Map, Figure No. 2, 23-2, does not clearly show
