ORDINANCE NO. NS-110
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAFUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER
2.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW THE
TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION TO ADOPT ITS OWN RULES
AND REGULATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains, as fol
I SECTION I: That Title 2, Chapter 2.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal (

amended by the amendment of the last sentence of Section 2.28.040 to read as f
"The Commission may adopt its own rules and regulations."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its ac
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinal
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days i

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Coun
on the 23rd day of January , 1990, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsb
Council held on the 6th day of February, 1990 by the following vote, to wit
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
NOES: None
