AN INTERIM ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTED AS AN URGENCY MEASURE ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY LAND USE CONTROLS TO PROTECT
OPEN SPACE PENDING CONSIDERATION OF THE
WORK PLAN TO REVIEW THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF
THE CITIZEN'S COMMITTEE TO STUDY OPEN SPACE
AND CONSIDERATION OF AN UPDATED OPEN SPACE
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba 9
