3, ARROYO LA COSTA, FROM R-1-7500 TO PC ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, NORTH OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, AND WEST OF

SECTION I: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal
