ORDINANCE NO. NS-135
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2.24 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2.24.070(b) TO CLARIFY A OUORUM FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hl
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: That Title 2, Chapter 2.24 of the Car.
Municipal is amended by the amendment of Section 2.24.070(1
read as follows:
"(b) Except when otherwise provided by law, a majc
vote of the quorum shall be required for any planning commi:
action, provided that a recommendation for approval of a gel
plan amendment shall be made by at least four affirmative voi
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective tl
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify tc
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at :
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
adopt ion.
