ORDINANCE NO. NS-145
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.360 TO
ESTABLISH A PRIMA FACIE 35 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON
POINSE-TTIA LANE FROM CARLSBAD BOULEVARD TO PASEO DEL
NORTE AND A PRIMA FACIE 40 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON
POINSETTIA LANE FROM PASEO DEL NORTE TO ALGA ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follo
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Cc
amended by the addition of Section 10.44.360 to read as follows:
"1 0.44.360 Poinsettia Lane:
a. Upon Poinsettia Lane from Carlsbad Boulevard 1
intersection with Paseo Del Norte the prima facie speed limi
be thirty-five miles per hour.
b. Upon Poinsettia Lane from Paseo Del Norte to its inters
with Alga Road the prima facie speed limit shall be forty milc

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after is ad(
