ORDINANCE NO. NS-149
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AN AMENDMENT TO
THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A ZONE CHANGE, FROM P- M-Q TO C-2-Q ON 26 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT
ROAD EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal
is amended by the amendment of a zoning map to grant a zone chz
from P-M-Q to C-2-Q on 26 acres of property generally locatc
the south side of Palomar Airport Road east of Paseo Del Nor1
shown on the map marked "Exhibit Zff attached hereto and made a
hereof.
SECTION 11: That the findings and conditions of
Planning Commission as set forth in Planning Commission Resolt
No. 3208 constitutes the findings and conditions of the
Council.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective tl
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify tc
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at 1
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of
Carlsbad City Council on the *lst day of May
and thereafter
