AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTERS
44.030, AND 48.030 BY AMENDMENTS OF VARIOUS SECTIONS
TO ADD MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATIONS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT

SECTION I: That Title 2, Chapter 44.030, Section 2.44.030 of the C a

Municipal Code is amended by the addition of subsection (13) to read as follows:
"(13) General Manager, Assistant General Manager, District En
