ORDINANCE NO. NS-164
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.420 REQUIRING STOPS ON
PONTIAC DRIVE AT VICTORIA AVENUE.
I The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follol

7 amended by the addition of Section 10.28.420 to read as follows:

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its ado1
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (1 5) days
