ORDINANCE NO. NS-163
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.41 0 REQUIRING STOPS ON
PONTIAC DRIVE AT SPOKANE WAY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as folk
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Co
amended by the addition of Section 10.28.410 to read as follows:
"1 0.28.41 0 Spokane Wav. Drivers shall stop where the following described :
intersects Spokane Way:
Pontiac Drive."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its ado1
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (1 5) days
its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council he1
the 2nd day of Ju1y , 1991 , and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 9th day of July , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Nygaard,
NOES: None
