ORDINANCE NO. NS-202
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSW
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARLSB
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE REVISION OF SECTION 10.44.140 TO ESTABLISI-
PRIMA FACIE 30 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON HOSP WAY FROM
CAMINO REAL TO MONROE STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is ame
by the revision of Section 10.44.1 40 to read as follows:
"1 0.44.1 40 HOSD Way:
Upon Hosp Way from El Camino Real to its intersection with
Monroe Street, the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty miles per
hour."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoptior
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and c
it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days aft
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council held o
2nd day of June , 1992, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Co
held on the 9th day of June , 1992 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
