ORDINANCE NO. NS-208
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTERS 21.04,
21.42, 21.30, 21.32, AND 21.34 TO PROVIDE FOR
THE REGULATION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITIES.

does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.04 of the

Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Sections
21.04.166, 21.04.167 and 21.04.307, to read as follows:
