AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE
10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.40.073 TO DECIARE "NO PARKING" BETWEEP
12:OO MIDNIGHT AND 6:OO A.M. ON THE EASTERLY AND SOUTHERLY SIDES 01
CAR COUNTRY DRIVE FROM AUTO CENTER COURT TO ITS INTERSECTIOF
WITH PASEO DEL NORTE.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is a1
by the revision of Section 10.40.073 to read as follows: a
"10.40.073 Parkinq Restricted on Car Countrv Drive: 9

a. There will be Two-Hour Parking on the westerly and northerly side
Country Drive between the hours of 8:OO a.m. and 6:OO p.m.,
thorough Friday, with holidays excepted, from Auto Center COL
intersection with Paseo Del Norte.
b. There will be No Parking on the easterly and southerly sides
Country Drive between the hours of 12:OO midnight and 6:OO A.
Auto Center Court to its intersection with Paseo Del Norte."

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption
City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published one 11 Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days of its adoption. 17
