ORDINANCE NO. NS - 370
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAC
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE REVISION OF SECTION 10.40.072 TO DECLARE "NO PARKING ANYTIME" ON EACH SIDE OF PASEO DEL NORTE FROh
POINSETTIA LANE SOUTHERLY TO THE SEA CLIFF ENTRANCE GATE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is ar

by the revision of Section 10.40.072 to read as follows:
"10.40.072. Parking Restricted on Paseo del Norte.
(a) There will be two-hour restricted parking on each side of Paseo del Nort~
between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m., Monday through Friday, wit1
holidays excepted, from Cannon Road to its intersection with Car Country Drive
(b) There will be no parking on each side of Paseo del Norte from Poinsettia Lanc
southerly to the Sea Cliff entrance gate."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adop:
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbac
fifteen (15) days after its adoption.

- 8th day of FEBRUARY , 1994, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
