CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2.26 OF THE CAR
MUNlClPAL CODE REGARDING MEMBERSHIP OF THE DESIGN R.

Code is amended by the amendment of Section 2.26.020 to read as follows:
"2.26.020 MembershiD - Amointment - Terms.
The design review board shall consist of five members appointed
City Council, three from the Planning Commission and two representatives
Village Redevelopment Area. The representatives of the Village Redevelopmer
shall either 1) reside within the Village Redevelopment Area; or 2) work c
property within the boundaries of the Village Area and live within the city li1
