NS-274 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING VARIOUS CHAPTERS OF TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REPLACE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUIREMENT FOR SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING WITH A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN REQUIREMENT AND TO REVISE OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING.
