AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21,
CHAPTER 21.41 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
TO EXTEND THE TEMPORARY COMMUNITY DIRECTIONAL
SIGN PROGRAM TO JANUARY 1, 1996.

SECTION I: That Title 21 , Chapter 21.41 of the Car.
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Sel
21.41.076(8)(f) to read as follows:

"This section shall be effective until January 1, unless before that date the ordinance codified in this sectii reviewed and extended by the City Council."
OPERATIVE DATE: To the extent that it does not opt
to deprive any person of a constitutional right, this ordi:
