ORDINANCE NO. NS-312
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CmSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE
CODE TO ADJUST THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY TREASURER
2, CHAPTER 2 -08 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califox
does ordain as follows:
SECTION I: That Title 2, Chapter 2.08 of the Carls
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of section 2.08.
to read as follows:
“2.08.020 Compensation of city treasurer
The compensation of the City Treasurer is fixed at sum of seven hundred dollars per month payable biweekly. In addition, the City Treasurer shall receive automobile allowance as established by resolution of the C Council. I! EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effect
thirty days. after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall cert
the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Citl
Carlsbad within fifteen days after i’ts adoption.
