NS-315 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES FOR SIGNS IN CAR COUNTRY SPECIFIC PLAN APPLICANT : CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO. : SPECIFIC PLAN 19(G) The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californi; OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA SETTING FORTH ordain as follows: WHEREAS, on April 19, 1995 the Carlsbad P1; Commission held a duly noticed public hearing to consic proposed amendment SP 19(G) to the existing Specific P1 regulate signing on property generally located between Cannor and Palomar Airport Road (Car Country) be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl California held a public hearing on June 13, 1995 to conside recommendat.ions and heard all persons interested in or oppos Specific Plan Amendment SP 19 (G) setting forth standard; procedures for signs in Car Country Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, after procedures in accordance with requirements of law, the City Council has determined tha public interest indicates that said plan be approved. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certi adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published ai once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Ci within fifteen days after its adoption.
