ORDINANCE NO. NS - 338
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAL
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44, OF THE CARLSBAI
PRIMA FACIE 30 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON CALLE ACERVO FRO!
CAMINO DE LOS COCHES TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH CALLE SAN BIAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is a
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.51 0 TO ESTABLISH 1
by the addition of Section 10.44.510 to read as follows:
"1 0.44.51 0 Calle Acewo:
Upon Calle Acervo from Camino De Los Coches to its intersection with Calle S
the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty miles per hour."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its ador
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and causl
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbe
fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council he
