AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE SDG&E
ENCINA SPECIFIC PLAN TO REMOVE
APPROXIMATELY 24.2 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED
NORTH OF CANNON ROAD, SOUTH OF THE AGUA
HEDIONDA LAGOON, EAST OF INTERSTATE 5 AND
WEST OF LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 8
FROM THE AREA SUBJECT TO THE SPECIFIC PLAN.
