I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~ CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 19 OF THE
CAKSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF A
SECTION IMPLEMENTING THE LOCAL COASTAL PERMIT
PROGRAM FOR THE CITY'S LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAMS
IN THE MELLO I, 11, AND EAST AND WEST BATIQUITOS

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requests that the Coastal Commissiol 14

"19.04.060 General Responsibilities.
(h) Within the coastal zone, if the environmental impact review process
archaeological or paleontological resources that could be adversely impacted by dew

adoption. The city clerk shall certifj the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be pub
