AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.44, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.540 TO ESTABLISH A PRIMA
FACIE 35 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON ARMADA
DRIVE FROM PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD TO ITS
INTERSECTION WITH LEGO DRIVE.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
by the addition of Section 10.44540 to read as follows:
"10.44.540 Armada Drive:
Upon Armada Drive from Palomar Airport Road to its
intersection with LEGO Drive, the prima facie speed limit shall
be thirty-five miles per hour."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its
