AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIFIC PLAN
AMENDMENT FOR THE CARLSBAD CORPORATE PLAZA
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
PASEO DEL NORTE AND CAMINO DEL PARQUE IN LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 3.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as fo
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has re
considered a Specific Plan for hture development of the site; and
