ORDINANCE NO. NS-447
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER 10.44,
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF
SECTION 10.44.560 TO ESTABLISH A PRIMA FACIE 30 MILE PER
HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON LAS FLORES DRIVE FROM JEFFERSON
STREET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH HIGHLAND DRIVE.
6 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
7 SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
8 by the addition of Section 10.44.560 to read as follows:
9 “I 0.44.560 Las Flores Drive:

Upon Las Flores Drive from Jefferson Street to its intersection
with Highland Drive, the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty
miles per hour.”
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and

13 11 be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carls

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C 17
