NS-476 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSB. CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 18 BY THE AMENDMENT OF CHAP 18.04, TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM BUILDING COC Volumes 1, 2, and 3 (1997 EDITION).
