ORDINANCE NO. NS-478
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSB,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 18 BY THE AMENDMENT OF CHAP
18.16, TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CC
11997 EDITION).
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as follow
SECTION 1: That Title 18, chapter 18.1 6 of the Carlsbad Municipal Co
18.01 6.01 0 is amended to read as follows:
18.06.010 Adoption. The Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition, cop)
the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, is a
reference as the City Plumbing Code except for the changes, additions, and ar
set forth in this Chapter, which shall supersede such provisions of said Code.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective on July 1, 1999, at
Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be pubi
newspaper of general circulation within the city within fifteen days after its adop
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
