AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.44, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.590 TO ESTABLISH A PRIMA
FACIE 25 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON ADAMS
STREET FROM CHINQUAPIN AVENUE TO ITS INTERSECTION
WITH PARK DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
8 by the addition of Section 10.44.590 to read as follows:

Upon Adams Street from Chinquapin Avenue to its intersection
with Park Drive, the prima facie speed limit shall be twenty-five
miles per hour.”
12 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it:
