ORDINANCE NO. NS-497
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.470 REQUIRING STOPS ON
POINSETTIA LANE AT PASEO ESCUELA.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
by the addition of Section 10.28.470 to read as follows:
“10.28.470 Paseo Escuela. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Paseo Escuela.
10 Poinsettia Lane.”
11 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it
