ORDINANCE NO. NS-500
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER 10.28
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE STOPS AT
VARIOUS LOCATIONS ON AVENIDA DE ANITA.
5 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
6 SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
7 by the addition of Section 10.28.480 to read as follows:
"10.28.480 Avenida de Louisa. Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Avenida de Louisa; 8
9 Avenida de Anita."
IO SECTION 2: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
11 by the addition of Section 10.28.490 to read as follows:

"10.28.490 Via Narania. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Via Naranja:
Avenida de Anita."
SECTION 3: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
15 by the addition of Section 10.28.500 to read as follows:

"1 0.28.500 Calle Susana. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Calle Susana:
Avenida de Anita." 18
SECTION 4: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is 19
by the addition of Section 10.28.510 to read as follows:
20 "10.28.510 Via EsParta. Drivers shall stop where the following

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it:
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
1 be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carls
fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council h
