10.44, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
FACIE 35 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON JACKSPAR
WITH EL CAMINO REAL.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
~ SECTION I: That Title IO, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is 8 by the addition of Section 10.44.600 to read as follows:
“1 0.44.600 Jackspar Drive: 9

Upon Jackspar Drive from Camino Hills Drive to its intersection
with El Camino Real, the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty-five
miles per hour.”
12 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it!
