AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.44, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.630 TO ESTABLISH A PRIMA FACIE 35 MILE
PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON ANILLO WAY FROM LEVANTE
STREET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH MADRILENA WAY.
6 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
7 SECTION 1 : That Title IO, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is an
8 the addition of Section 10.44.630 to read as follows:

“10.44.630 Anillo Wav: Upon Anillo Way from Levante Street to
its intersection with Madrilena Way the prima facie speed limit
shall be thirty-five miles per hour.”
11 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it!
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carls

13 fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
14 INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council h
