ORDINANCE NO. NS-525
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.40, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH
AND PARKING LOTS IN THE VILLAGE REDEVELOPMENT AREA.
A THREE-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT ON VARIOUS STREETS
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:

SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code i!
by the revision of Section 10.40.082 to read as follows:

“10.40.082 Parkinq Time Limit on Oak Avenue. There will be
three-hour parking on each side of Oak Avenue from the
railroad parking lot easterly to Roosevelt Street between the
hours of seven a.m. and six p.m. except for Sundays and
holidays.”

SECTION 3: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is 16

the hours of seven a.m. and six p.m. except for Sundays and
holidays."
