ORDINANCE NO. NS-539
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.40, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION
OF SECTION 10.40.127(a) TO DECLARE A NO PARKING
ZONEONTHE WEST SIDE OF PONTO DRIVE (SOUTH)
FROMAVENIDA ENCINAS TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is an
8 the addition of 10.40.1 27(a) to read as follows:
9 “10.40.127 Parkina Time Limit on Ponto Drive (south).

(a) There will be no parking on the west side of Ponto Drive from Avenida Encinas to its intersection with Carlsbad Boulevard.”
and to redesignate existing section 10.40.127 to 10.40.127(b).
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it$
