2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
ADDITION OF SECTION 10.28.570 REQUIRING STOPS ON 4
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
CALLE BARCELONA AT PASEO ALISO.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
7 by the addition of Section 10.28.570 to read as follows:
8 “10.28.570 Paseo Aliso. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Paseo Aliso: 9

Calle Barcelona.”
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it:
and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and 1
be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlst
