AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
STOPS AT THREE LOCATIONS ON TAMARACK AVENUE.
5 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:

SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
the addition of Section 10.28.630 to read as follows: II '10.28.630 Levee Drive. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Levee Drive:
9 Tamarack Avenue."
10 SECTION 2: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
11 the addition of Section 10.28.640 to read as follows:
l2 II "10.28.640 Knollwood Drive. Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Knollwood Drive:
13 Tamarack Avenue."
14 SECTION 3: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
15 the addition of Section 10.28.650 to read as follows:

"10.28.650 Strata Drive (east). Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Strata Drive (east):
18 II Tamarack Avenue."
19 11 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
20
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen

days after its adoption.

held on the 9th day of JULY , 2002 by the following vote, to wit:
