ORDINANCE NO. NS-672
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.128 TO DECLARE A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CASSIA ROAD FROM POINSETTIA LANE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH EL CAMINO REAL.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
:he addition of 10.40.128 to read as follows:
“1 0.40.128 Parkinn Restricted on Cassia Road.
There will be no parking on the north side of Cassia Road from
Poinsettia Lane to its intersection with El Camino Real.”
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
:he City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
Dublished at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen
