NS-687 ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.28 OF. THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
STOPS ON PASEO ALISO.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
:he addition of Section 10.28.690 to read as follows:
"10.28.690 Camino Robledo. Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Camino Robledo:
Paseo Aliso."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
Dublished at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen
(1 5) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
16 th day of DECEXBER , 2003, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 13th day of January , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
