NS-781 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.32 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 10.32.091(d), (f), (j), AND (I) AND TO ADD SEGMENTS OF COLLEGE BOULEVARD AND MELROSE DRIVE TO SECTION 10.32.091 AND TO ADD FARADAY AVENUE IN ITS ENTIRETY TO SECTION 10.32.091. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows: SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.32 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of section 10.32.091 to read as follows: "The prohibition set forth in Section 10.32.090 shall not apply to the following streets and portions of streets which are designated and established truck routes, as follows: (a) Carlsbad Boulevard from the northerly city limits to the southerly city limits; (b) Carlsbad Village Drive from Carlsbad Boulevard east to Interstate 5 Freeway; (c) Tamarack Avenue from Interstate 5 Freeway to Carlsbad Boulevard; (d) Cannon Road, from Carlsbad Boulevard to El Camino Real; (e) Interstate 5 Freeway, northerly city limits to southerly city limits; (f) Palomar Airport Road from Carlsbad Boulevard to easterly city limits; (9) El Camino Real from northerly city limits to southerly city limits; (h) Repealed by Ord. 3216 9 1 ; (i) La Costa Avenue from the westerly city limits to El Camino Real; (j) Rancho Santa Fe Road from the southerly city limits to the northerly city limits; (k) Olivenhain Road from the westerly city limits to Rancho Santa Fe Road; (I) deleted (m) Melrose Drive from Palomar Airport Road to the northerly city limits; (n) Faraday Avenue from Cannon Road to the easterly city limits; (0) College Boulevard from Palomar Airport Road to El Camino Real." EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and :he City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be wblished at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen 11 5) days after its adoption.
