ORDINANCE NO. NS-786
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION
OF SECTION 10.28.830 REQUIRING STOPS ON HOSP WAY AT
WINTERGREEN DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
the addition of Section 10.28.830 to read as follows:
"10.28.830 Wintergreen Drive. Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Wintergreen Drive:
Hosp Way."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
7th day of February 2006, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 14th day of February , 2006 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Sigafoose
NOES: Council Member Packard
ABSENT: None
