The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:6
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended
by the addition of Section 10.28.940 to read as follows:

"10.28.940 Spoonbill Lane. Drivers shall stop where the following

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, ordains as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its
adoption; and the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen (15) days after its
adoption.

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council on
the 18th day of March, 2008, and thereafter.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of March, 2008, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis.
ABSTAIN: None.
