ORDINANCE NO. CS-187
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
STOPS ON CAMINO ALVARO AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
SOMBROSA STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carisbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 ofthe Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the addition
of Secfion 10.28.976 to read as follows:
"10.28.975 Sombrosa Street. Drivers shall stop where the
following described street intersects Sombrosa Street:
Camino Alvaro."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption; and the
city clerk shall certify the adoption of this ordinance and cause the full text of the ordinance or a
summary of the ordinance prepared by the City Attorney to be published at least once in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen days after its adoption.

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a Regular Meeting of the Carlsbad City Council on
the 25*" day of September 2012, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Califomia, on the 2"^ day of October, 2012, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Blackbum, Douglas, Packard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
