I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
FINDING THE NECESSITY FOR AND ADOPTING AN
EMERGENCY WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
TO REPLACE ORDINANCE NO. 28
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the Car
Municipal Water District as follows:
SECTION 1. Declaration of Policy. California Water
