- for Fiscal Year 1972-73 as follows:
Bereavement leave will be given to all personnel in the amount of three (3) days because of death in the im- mediate family. This will be emergency sick leave, and is in addition to and does not affect regular sick leave accrued at the rate of one (1) day per month.
A sickness and accident-disability policv-to cover long term sickness and accident disability-will be paid by the City for employees only. 7ffy3 ----cfl rho
Exhibit A implements a schedule of compensation for
38 caliber pistol marksmanship achievement, to be paid one (1) time per year on a date mutually agreeable to all effected departments.
Exhibits E and C implement an Education Incentive Program

It shall be established in Policy Statement that extended
time causing a Police Department employee to labor more hours than those required by normal shift and because of civic duty, such as court-tine, parades, group function, will be compensated at the rate of time and one-half.
The Personnel Officer agrees to continue negociations regarding 'E' Step employees who have been locked in grade over five (5) years . A determination in this matter will be made by October 1, 1972
