adopted Resolution No. 92-107, approving the MOU with vai

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AS A SIGNATORY AGENCY TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR INTER-AGENCY TRAIL
COORDINATION.
WHEREAS, the development of regional and local

PLANNING ACTIVITIES
4. Trail planning activities by the various signatory 1 agencies should be coordinated with the goal of establishing a regional public trail network within North San Diego County. Particular emphasis should be placed on establishing connectioi
between trail systems within the boundaries of the various sig
agencies and on avoiding conflicts in trail types, uses and de

MISCELLANEOUS
9. This memorandum shall become effective upon the exec by any three of the public agencies which are listed in the tit hereof. Any public agency listed in the title hereof may becom signatory public agency at any time or may withdraw as a signat public agency at any time.
10. Each signatory agency shall be solely responsible fo own acts or omissions taken with respect to activities within i jurisdiction with respect to the subject matter of this memoran No signatory agency shall be liable with respect to any comment requests whether implemented or not, pertaining to trail activi of any other public agency. Where trails of one public agehcy adjoin or abut the trails or property of another public agency, liability to third persons with respect to personal injury or property damage shall be determined according to ordinary princ of law without regard to this memorandum.
