Dear Mr. Burson:
By letter dated October 10, 1980, you requested that the Costa Real
Municipal Water District take a formal action with respect to the
subject property and a "Consent to Grant of Easement" to be given by
the Water District. This matter has been reviewed by this office,
our Legal Counsel, and the District staff and upon our recommendations
the Board of Directors has formally executed such a "consent" and
the original document is enclosed herewith.
Upon the formal recordation of the easement documents as well as
this "consent", we ask that you furnish to the District copies of
such documents as recorded. Please forward those documents to this
office so that we can put them together with all the official material
for transmittal to the Water District.
