County Recorder of San Diego, California, May 19, 2006 as defined as Unit No. 510 of
Module 1 on that certain Condominium Plan ("Plan") recorded on February 27, 2007 as File
No. 2007-0133007, and any amendments thereto, in the Official Records of said County.
