WHEREAS, SCHUYLER J. MARTIN III AND MELISSA MARTIN was the original Trustors,
UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY. LLC was the original Trustee, and CITY OF
CARLSBAD was the original beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated SEPTEMBER 20. 2005
and recorded on SEPTEMBER 30. 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-0851188 of Official Records of SAN
DIEGO County, California, describing land therein as: 6203 Liberty Place, Carlsbad, CA 92009, or
more fully described on the attached page marked "Exhibit A"; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said deed of trust in
place of UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY. LLC.
