Home My WebLink AboutMcDaniel Engineering Company Inc; 1998-12-15;CI h RATIFICATION OF EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT The agreement dated December 16, 1998 for Cannon Road Reach 1 Bidding and Construction Services Macario Canyon Bridge between the City of Carlsbad, a municipal corporation and McDaniel Engineering Company, Inc., is hereby retroactively extended for a period of one (1) year ending on July 15, 2000. RECITALS WHEREAS, the initial agreement expired on July 15, 1999 and the Contractor continued to work on needed services without benefit of an agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and Contractor desire to ratify the extension of the term of the agreement dated December 16, 1998 for a period of one (1) year ending on July 15, 2000. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: 1. 2.
